An editorial feature for Absolutely Magazines featuring some amazing easter eggs created by esteemed baker and chocolatier Rocco Tanzarella of Wimbledon’s La Bottega Del Pane.
Renowned for his amazing bread that he supplies to some of London’s top restaurants from the River Cafe to Novikov to Theo Randall at the Intercontinental.
Rocco is also in the process of becoming a Master Chocolatier.
His eggs are all hand made, artisanal and individually crafted and designed. My main challenge was to photograph these amazing eggs at the back of his cafe, whilst not melting them with the hot tungsten lighting I had taken along!!
